There's a special Berlin gay pride / CSD party at Klub Kino International on 25 June with Rose Kennedy, Irrenhouse, Maarten Clark, Bürger P, Nina Queer, Annemarie Eilfeld, Magic Magnus, Stella Destroy and Inez Pinez. Klub Kino International and Irrenhouse and some Mermaids are having a Silvester jamboree 31.12 at Klub Kino International. It starts at 21:00 with a sekt reception and showing of Rocky Horror Picture Show in the cinema. Then it's a masked ball on three floors with DJs Magic Magnus, Stella deStroy, Nina Queer, Maringo, Bürger P, Aviv without the Tel. Plus there's Sex-Tarot from Brigitte Skrothums and a show with Nina Queer and Stella deStroy. Best mask wins 300€. At 23:00 the lesbian Mermaids move into a couple  of rooms. KLUB KINO INTERNATIONAL – DD REVIEW

They say that Klub Kino International is Berlin's biggest gay club. That might be true if you don't count Berghain, which is definitely mixed, and KKI had a very gay clientele when we were there on November 7th for their 10th birthday. Even on their birthday, the queue to get in moved fast and the place was rammed with sexy gay men. It's located in the old DDR's most prestigious cinema, so it's big and grand with three dance floors, with everything from Indie to Pop tunes to Electro, connected by sweeping stairways but no darkroom. They have a large bar at the front where there were shows but plenty of time for a quiet chat. They could do with more seating.
Bottom line: Worth a visit for a classy night and you could take your mum.

KLUB KINO INTERNATONAL IS 10

Klub Kino International, Berlin's biggest gay club,  is 10 today and they're having a special party. They've got  four dance floors with DJs Magnus, Gina Tonic, Das Pony Madchen in room 1, ElectroHouse in room 2 from Divinity and Maringo and Indie in room 3 from Pomoz and Das Daniel and Nina Queer and Oceana live in room 4.
